This
deeply-moving, nationally-known retreat weekend encourages
spiritual renewal and sisterhood. Joan and Elizabeth facilitate
a passage of awakening that transcends religious ideologies.
We
draw on Judeo-Christian, Eastern and other ancient wisdom
traditions to bring us back home to our essential nature
and a deep, compassionate connection to all that is. Through
meditation, healing practices, body-based inquiry, and yoga,
we renew or learn new practices for centering, and deepening
our capacity for intimacy with self, others and the Divine.
Our
work together encourages the emergence of inner stillness
and attunement to Guidance, so that we can learn to honor
and nuture ourselves as well as bring forth our gifts in
the service of life. Ritual, ceremony, laughter and song
are the yeast that leavens out time together and helps us
break the trance of everyday life so that we can return
to it with greater freedom, appreciation and joy at the
end of the weekend.
